Core IT Docs is $10 per internal user per month. Owner and Staff accounts are billable internal seats.
Client View allowance
Client View users do not consume internal billable seats, but Client View has a defined allowance. Core IT Docs includes 25 read-only Client View users per organization, or 5 Client View users per paid internal seat, whichever is higher.
Examples
- 1 paid internal seat includes 25 read-only Client View users.
- 5 paid internal seats include 25 read-only Client View users.
- 10 paid internal seats include 50 read-only Client View users.
Why Client View exists
Client View lets approved clients see client-safe information without exposing staff notes, sensitive operational material, or private workspaces.
