What Operational Intelligence means

TAHAI Operational Intelligence for MSPs is the higher-level product direction for connecting documentation, service operations, projects, evidence, policy gates, and future integrations into a more complete operational control plane.

Relationship to current products

TAHAI IT Docs is live. TAHAI PSA is coming soon. Operational Intelligence is a separate product direction that can combine IT Docs and PSA capabilities over time, with RMM and remote access workflows incorporated later through bring-your-own integrations first.

Product boundary: IT Docs and PSA remain separate product areas until a future public release presents them as merged capabilities.
