Public platform

Justice For All is the principle behind the ProSe platform.

The public story is direct: legal systems should be reachable in language, design, workflow, and time.

BoundaryMission language; not legal advice

Why the platform exists

ProSe is not framed as another legal app. It is framed as an operations layer for a system where delay, rework, fragmented records, confusing status, and incomplete readiness can create real-world harm.

The mission language should remain human and public-facing: courts and legal systems should serve people through order, accountability, protection, fairness, and understandable process.

What the KB should make clear

Access is functional, not cosmetic

A system is not truly accessible when ordinary people cannot meaningfully move through it without losing time, money, stability, or hope.

Operations matter

Incomplete filings, unclear next steps, missing timelines, and untracked rework should be visible before they create delay.

Human review stays central

The platform should support organization and preparation while preserving human judgment and formal court authority.

Public accountability matters

Aggregate measurement can show where delay and rework live without exposing protected information.
